AlgorithmsData ("we," "our," "us") operates the data processing services at express-engine.algorithmsdata.io. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- • Email address: Required to deliver processing results. Provided by you at upload time.
- • Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, expiration, or CVV. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
- • Files you upload: CSV, XLSX, PDF, and image files uploaded for processing. These contain your business data.
- • Usage data: Pages visited, services used, and processing metrics. Collected via Google Analytics (anonymized).
- • Chat messages: If you use our AI support chat, your questions are processed by our AI and not stored after the session ends.
3. How We Use Your Information

4. How We Process Your Files
- ✓ Files are processed by automated AI systems on U.S.-based infrastructure
- ✓ No human employees or contractors view, read, or access your uploaded files
- ✓ Files are processed in memory and through secure cloud storage (Supabase, hosted in the United States)
- ✓ Input files are retained for up to 7 days after processing to enable re-download, then permanently deleted
- ✓ Output files (your results) are available for download for 7 days, then permanently deleted
- ✓ We do not use your files to train AI models
- ✓ We do not share, sell, or distribute your files to any third party
5. Payment Processing
- ✓ All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
- ✓ We receive confirmation of payment amount and status from Stripe
- ✓ We do not store credit card information on our servers
- ✓ Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data
6. Data Retention
- • Email addresses: Retained to deliver results and for customer support
- • Processing job records: Retained (job ID, service type, volume, timestamps) for accounting and support purposes
- • Uploaded files: Deleted within 7 days of processing
- • Result files: Deleted within 7 days of delivery
- • Chat messages: Not retained after session ends
- • Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics standard retention (14 months)
7. Data Security
- ✓ All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
- ✓ Files stored in private Supabase Storage buckets (not publicly accessible)
- ✓ Download links use signed URLs that expire after 7 days
- ✓ Access to infrastructure requires authenticated credentials
- ✓ We use industry-standard security practices for our Railway and Supabase deployments
8. Your Rights
- ✓ You may request deletion of your data by emailing support@algorithmsdata.io
- ✓ You may request a copy of any data we hold about you
- ✓ California residents: Under CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- ✓ We respond to data requests within 30 days
9. Cookies and Tracking
- • We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data
- • Google Analytics uses cookies to track page visits and user behavior
- • You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on
- • We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels
